Luminous Nutrition – Returns & Refund Policy

At Luminous Nutrition, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights under UK law and how to return items if needed.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

  • You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (“cooling-off period”).

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

  • We will issue a full refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.


2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

❌ We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements (for health and safety reasons).

  • Digital products (e.g., workout and nutrition plans) once accessed or downloaded.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.


3. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • You have 30 days to request a refund.

  • After 30 days, we may offer a replacement or repair.

  • Please contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue.


4. How to Return an Item

To arrange a return:

  1. Contact us at luminousnutrition@hotmail.com with your order details.

  2. We will confirm the return process and provide the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable service.

➡️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

  • We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of receiving the returned items.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
