  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. UK Shipping

  • DPD Next Day
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £100.00.

  • Deliveries are made via trusted couriers DPD.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your order directly via the courier’s website.


5. Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to customs, courier backlogs, or events outside our control.

  • Luminous Nutrition is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.


6. Missing or Damaged Parcels
