Take 1 serving (8G) 30 mins prior to exercise. For first time please use 1/2 scoop to assess torlerance. Do not exceed 1 serving (8G). DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED 1 SCOOP IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD OR USE MORE THAN 5 DAYS IN ANY 7 DAY PERIOD. Consume at least 3L of liquid per day for men and 2.7 L of liquid per day for women.
